Job summary

MacAllister Machinery seeks a Supervisor - Product Support Field to coordinate field service operations, dispatch technicians, and provide first-line customer and field support. The role emphasizes safety, accurate work-order handling, and timely communication.

Responsibilities include leading technicians, managing day-to-day field activities, and ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable results while meeting time and cost goals for all jobs.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: trade-school coursework or associate degree in diesel technology, business, or related field.
• Experience with work-order, inventory, or ERP software (DBS, SAP) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, motivates and leads technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations for safe, efficient results.
• Dispatch and schedule field technicians, manage emergencies or priority jobs.
• Coordinate daily field functions and cost/time estimates for jobs.
• Review safety reports and lead safety talks.
