Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Process Specialist to coordinate field service activities, manage schedules, dispatch resources, and maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, service managers, and internal teams.

You will develop and update documentation, track work orders, maintain CRM data in Salesforce and Jotforms, and support safety compliance, invoicing, and onboarding of technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in field service or related operations.
• Ability to manage schedules, dispatch, and documentation.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain technician schedules and dispatch resources.
• Monitor work orders from creation to completion with accurate data.
• Maintain service records, reports, and dashboards for visibility.
• Coordinate logistics: parts, site access, permits, equipment.
• Support invoicing, POs, and contract compliance.
• Ensure safety protocols and adherence to company policies.
• Assist onboarding and training for new technicians.
