Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of service coordination or dispatch experience in manufacturing or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule field service technicians for maintenance and installs.
• Triage urgent downtime requests and expedite technician deployments.
• Prepare service estimates and manage quotes in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate travel logistics for technicians and adjust schedules in real time.
• Review trip reports, time entries, and ensure billing records align.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Spare Parts, Project Management, and Finance.
