Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to partner with field service technicians and resolve customer service issues quickly. You will create service work orders, dispatch technicians, and schedule field visits to service equipment on site.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work non-standard hours including nights and weekends. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Green Bay, WI, with a focus on efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a professional position; call center experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong sense of urgency.
• Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, problem-solver, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-provided training classes as required.
• Dispatch Field Service Technicians and assign calls per policy.
• Monitor routes and seek out route optimizations where possible.
• Promptly handle incoming ticket requests and emails to service issues.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Provide coverage for other zones when needed.
• Manage assigned territory to meet service goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
