Job summary

Central Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Experience Coordinator to coordinate field service technician schedules and manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.

The role acts as an operational hub for dispatching service requests, ensuring technicians have the parts and equipment needed, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping/receiving processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with cross-functional teamwork and evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails; dispatch service tickets to field technicians promptly.
• Coordinate schedules and routing based on location, priority, and skills.
• Document service calls, technician status, and parts requests in internal systems.
• Communicate service updates to customers and internal teams for a positive experience.
• Track arrival/completion times and escalate delays as needed to the team.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Pull and prepare parts and equipment for technician pickup or delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts and ship/receiving processes.
• Operate Excel and Microsoft 365 daily to track information and reports.
