Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Service Coordinator in Washington state to manage work orders, coordinate technicians, and support project teams. You will handle scheduling, liaise with suppliers, and ensure accurate billing and reporting.

The role emphasizes clear communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail while coordinating with field technicians and project staff to meet client needs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• AA degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with COINS ERP is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages work order documents and project invoicing (A/P).
• Provides labor resources to support project managers, engineers and technicians.
• Coordinates materials, sub-contractors and equipment as needed.
• Generates, interprets and prints reports in tracking system.
• Dispatches and coordinates Field Technicians; onboarding support.
• Researches and resolves expenses and report discrepancies.
• Update customer account information including billing conditions and schedules.
• Partners with accounts receivable and customer satisfaction teams.
