Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM software required; SAP, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of cars and parts at branch; perform monthly inventory and reconcile with finance.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and provide invoicing documentation.
• Oversee customer relations and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Build and lead teams to maintain branch operations and administration.
• Direct preparation and staging of shipments; report efficiency metrics and fleet revenue.
• Maintain world-class facilities with daily 5S actions and weekly safety reviews.
• Direct field service staff workload including deliveries and fleet inspections.
• Provide defective or warranty parts procedures to ensure quality from plant to customer.
• Assist field service, branch and sales staff with service-related questions.
• Foster talent development and an inclusive, respectful culture.
