Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP and CRM software; SAP or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and branch operations; monthly inventory reconciliations and fleet maintenance.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and documentation for invoicing COGS.
• Oversee customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Lead field service teams and direct daily workload.
• Prepare shipments and report efficiency metrics and fleet revenue.
• Maintain world-class facilities with 5S and weekly safety reviews.
• Foster talent development and onboarding of new hires.
• Support service, branch, and sales on proposals and visits.
• Promote culture of respect, dignity, inclusion.
