Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an EZGO Parts Sales Account Manager to build and maintain productive relationships with key customers and coordinate cross-functional resources. The role requires account management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The position involves contributing to forecasts, maintaining CRM data, and supporting remote sales activities within the region. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives.
• Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls.
• Support remote territory sales team within the region for sales and administrative functions.
• Provide seasonal sales data and forecasting for sourcing team for the region to meet market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams based on customer needs, product feedback, and go-to-market efforts.
