Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Analyst to support DoD/intelligence users by training on Gotham, Gaia, Foundry, and related tools. You will troubleshoot issues, develop new use cases, and collaborate with analysts to resolve complex problems in a global enterprise.

You will train users, promote best practices, and provide feedback for software enhancements, ensuring strong end-user relationships and mission success across worldwide deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Gotham training and guidance to users.
• Experience delivering classroom or deskside training.
• Strong troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Knowledge of DoD/Intelligence/Law Enforcement missions.
• Requires Interim Secret clearance.
