ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a Field Service Analyst in Odessa, TX to provide essential administrative support across field operations. You will coordinate customer tickets, maintain service documentation, track expenses, and assist with onboarding for field personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Field Service management and personnel.
• Coordinate customer ticketing, service documentation, and verification of completed work.
• Process and track expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Receive, review, and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures.
• Develop, compile, and analyze basic information for reports and operational reviews.
• Maintain and organize departmental records, files, and databases.
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and documentation management for field personnel.
• Assist with customer communications and ensure timely follow-up on administrative requests.
• Partner with field personnel, management, and other departments to support daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
