ChampionX, now part of SLB, invites applications for a Lease Asset Analyst position in Odessa, TX to audit asset records, optimize the asset lifecycle, and support governance across locations.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, 2+ years in finance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Operations, Field Service, and Sales. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach.
• Passionate about driving quality within a project organization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Macros, working with large amounts of data.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Work in an unsupervised environment.

• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport.
• Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit asset databases and ERP records by auditing installations and pulling reports.
• Audit physical and systematic flow of returned assets.
• Identify disposal opportunities for slow-moving or obsolete inventory and initiate the scrap process.
• Maintain asset location and deployment records; reconcile physical inventory with asset register.
• Develop relationships to improve process efficiency and responsiveness across the organization.
• Partner with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly accounted for throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assets.
