Responsibilities

• Participates in RFP responses and uses customer applications to generate and interpret data.
• Applies product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
• Performs field tests and conducts troubleshooting on issues requiring alternative actions.
• Demonstrates foundational knowledge of technical principles of products.
• Solves problems using set guidelines or procedures and communicates well.
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and new accounts.
