Job summary

SLB is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to manage scheduling for the Field Service team in Odessa, TX. You will act as a primary contact for coverage, calls, response times, and service protocols, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities include onboarding coordination with HSE and Training, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative projects to drive team success. A strong focus on safety, organization, and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize scheduling activities for the Field Service team.
• Serve as a key communication contact regarding coverage, call handling, response times, and service protocols.
• Support onboarding and training efforts with HSE and Training departments for new employees.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and supporting documentation for field service operations.
• Assist with administrative projects to support the overall success of the Field Service team.
