Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to supervise Security Professionals on remote accounts and ensure site coverage at all times. The role involves on-site oversight, training, and coordination with Operations Managers to maintain service quality.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of security experience. Strong communication, judgment, and scheduling abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean driving record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service (security) experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post order reviews.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling and staffing changes.
• Identify personnel issues and liaise with Operations Manager/HR for resolution.
• Support client emergencies and ensure proper communication with Operations/Branch Manager.
