Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support on-site supervision across remotely managed accounts. The role ensures site coverage, supervises Security Professionals, and collaborates with Operations Managers to maintain service quality.

Key duties include post inspections, training, scheduling support, and incident response. The position requires at least 3 years of security experience, supervisory background, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience and clean record within last 36 months.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service or security experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and address daily operations issues.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and review post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist Scheduler with staffing changes.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to Operations Manager/HR; may assist with investigations.
• Administer disciplinary actions as directed by management; may execute actions per direction.
• Disseminate information to posts and collect signed acknowledgments as needed.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure proper communication with Operations/Branch Manager.
