Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals at remotely managed accounts. You will supervise on-site operations, ensure coverage, and collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain high service levels.

The role includes post inspections, training, scheduling support, and timely reporting. Strong communication and judgment are essential for coordinating with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of professional protective-service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write clear, concise reports and demonstrate good judgment

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards
• Provide on-the-job training for new staff and post-order orientation
• Assist with scheduling and cover for call-offs and staffing changes
• Identify and report personnel issues to management and assist investigations
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments
• Respond to client/site emergencies and communicate with operations management
