Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring continuous site coverage. You will work closely with Operations Managers to oversee remote service delivery and maintain post integrity.

The role requires extensive field supervision, reporting, and collaboration with branch and corporate HR. This on-site position emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling coordination, and client-facing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and update post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management.
• Administer disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.
