Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts. The role involves on-site supervision of Security Professionals and ensuring site coverage at all times, in collaboration with Operations Managers.

Pay range is $19.78 - $21.78 per hour. The Field Supervisor must be able to work all shifts, respond to requests, and hold posts as needed, with responsibilities spanning training, scheduling support, reporting, and client emergency response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and no major violations within 36 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post-order reviews.
• Respond to call-offs and assist Scheduler with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and report to Operations Manager or HR.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper escalation.
