Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals on remotely managed accounts, ensuring continuous site coverage and quality service. You will work with Operations Managers to supervise field teams and maintain post standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of professional security experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to coordinate with branches and clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform day/night site visits to supervise security personnel.
• Address after-hours and cold-start coverage issues for sites.
• Coach, counsel, train, and manage SP relationships with Operations Managers.
• Monitor post locations, update policies and inspections for quality.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new staff and post changes.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling at sites.
• Identify personnel issues and coordinate with HR/operations.
• Communicate information across posts and obtain required acknowledgments.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and stand-post when needed.
