Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee on-site Security Professionals across remotely managed accounts. You will supervise, train, and coach officers, coordinate with Operations Managers, and ensure full site coverage at all times.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years in security, a valid driver’s license, and strong reporting and communication skills. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Good communication and discreet judgment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform day/night site visits to inspect and supervise Security Professionals.
• Address after-hours and cold-start calls to ensure site coverage.
• Coach, counsel, and train Security Officers; collaborate with Operations Managers.
• Supervise remotely managed accounts and ensure continuous service delivery.
• Conduct post inspections to maintain professional image and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating coverage during shifts.
