Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations across remotely managed accounts. You will supervise Security Professionals, ensure consistent site coverage, and collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong reporting, communication, and scheduling skills, with a drive for professional image and safety compliance. Valid driver's license and security experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with 1+ year of driving experience.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards are met.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and post-order updates.
• Assist with scheduling during call-offs and maintain post coverage.
• Identify and report personnel issues to supervisors and HR.
• Distribute and acknowledge important information to posts and officers.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and coordinate with operations.
