Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring full site coverage. The role partners with Operations Managers to manage daily remote service delivery and address issues as they arise.

The Field Supervisor will conduct training, monitor post performance, handle staffing adjustments, and communicate policies while maintaining professional image and adherence to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure site coverage.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and review post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist Scheduler with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel problems and forward issues to Operations Manager or HR.
• May administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of HR management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
