Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to supervise Security Professionals on-site and ensure coverage for remotely managed accounts. You will work with Operations Managers to supervise service delivery, perform post inspections, and maintain professional standards across sites.

Required are a high school diploma, valid driver’s license with a clean record, and at least three years in protective services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write concise and clear reports.
• Strong communication and good judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for new staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and respond to call-offs or changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Operations Manager or HR.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments as needed.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure proper communication.
