Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring continuous site coverage. You will collaborate with Operations Managers daily to supervise remote service delivery and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and report writing, with a compensation rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience; clean driving record as specified.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned posts to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• On-the-job training for new employees; update post orders as needed.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management; assist with investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of HR.
