Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and ensure continuous site coverage for remotely managed accounts. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating post operations, and training new officers to maintain professional image and high service standards.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years in protective services; driving record must be clean with no major violations in 36 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and: no major violations within 36 months; no more than one at-fault accident in 24 months; no more than one minor moving violation in 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance and ensure standards are met.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and changes to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist Scheduler with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to Operations Manager or HR.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations.

Education

Valid Driver’s License

No major violations in 36 months

No more than one at-fault accident in 24 months

No more than one minor moving violation in 24 months

Three+ years professional protective service experience
