Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by supervising Security Professionals on-site and ensuring coverage at all times. You will work with Operations Managers to oversee remote service delivery and maintain post standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of professional protective service experience, with strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving experience.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Demonstrated initiative with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit posts regularly to monitor performance, address issues, and verify standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and post order changes.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling coverage.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signatures.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
