Job summary

Allied Universal in Columbus, OH is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals across remotely managed accounts. You will monitor post performance, ensure coverage, and align with site policies.

This role requires valid driver's license with a year of driving history and at least three years of security experience, plus strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving history is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training and orientation for new staff at posts.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling and coverage.
• Identify personnel issues and coordinate with management on resolutions.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
