Job summary

Responsibilities

• Visit post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post updates.
• Respond to call-offs and assist scheduling at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and report to Operations/HR.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments.
