Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Field Supervisor in the New York area. This full-time role focuses on on-site supervision of Security Professionals, maintaining post coverage, and coordinating with Operations Managers to ensure top service delivery.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years in protective services. Strong writing and communication skills, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.
• 3+ years of professional protective service experience preferred.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees and update post orders as needed.
• Respond to call-offs and help schedule replacements at the site.
• Identify and report personnel issues to management and assist with investigations.
• Distribute information and obtain signed acknowledgements from posts as directed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain communication with leaders.
