Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor in Pittsburgh to oversee Security Professionals on remotely managed accounts. You will conduct on-site supervision, ensure coverage, and collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain service quality.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least three years of professional protective service experience. You will train staff, adjust schedules, handle emergencies, and report findings in clear, concise written formats.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a year of driving experience and a clean record.
• No major violations in 36 months and no more than one at-fault accident in 24 months.
• No more than one minor moving violation in 24 months.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post changes.
• Respond to call-offs and assist scheduling.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management.
• Administer disciplinary actions as directed by HR/Branch management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
