Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS policies.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll reviews, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and address disciplinary actions as necessary.
