Elite Investigations, Ltd in New York (Yonkers area) seeks an experienced Operations Security Manager to lead daily security operations across multiple client locations. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and client liaison while ensuring policy compliance and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a security/military background, 3–5 years of management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Full-time, on-site with evenings and weekends support.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in security or related service.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience REQUIRED.
• Experience with scheduling, supervision, and operations management REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems REQUIRED.
• Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED.
• Valid Security Guard License required where applicable.

Mansioni

• Manage long-term scheduling and staffing for assigned client locations
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, security personnel, and leadership
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and post orders
• Supervise Security Officers, Site Supervisors, and Field Supervisors
• Monitor staffing levels, overtime, attendance, and employee performance
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation of new hires
• Ensure timely response to client concerns and operational issues
• Implement corrective action plans and assist with investigations when needed
• Maintain accurate operational reports, payroll adjustments, and scheduling records
• Ensure all assigned personnel maintain required licenses and certifications
• Support emergency response operations and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Utilize operational platforms such as WinTeam, Lighthouse, EHub, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
