The role requires hands-on leadership to manage personnel, conduct investigations, assess risk, and ensure consistent security procedures across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct the property's security operation and set clear priorities for the team.
• Liaise between property leadership and security personnel; communicate directives effectively.
• Maintain consistent handoffs and detailed reporting across shifts.
• Supervise daily security activity: patrols, dispatch, incident response, logs, and shift reports.
• Review security documentation to identify trends and areas needing attention.
• Lead investigations into incidents, policy violations, safety concerns, and related matters.
• Maintain high-visibility presence and ensure regular patrol coverage of key areas.
• Oversee patrols of entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
• Coach and develop security staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
