People Inc. seeks an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to serve as a visible, hands-on uniformed leader overseeing daily enterprise security operations in New York.

You will coordinate with in-house and contracted personnel across reception, patrol, events, and incident response, working closely with GSOC and executives to maintain situational awareness. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in security or related field.
• Experience directing personnel or operations during incidents or events.
• Hands-on, uniformed operational leadership required.
• Ability to make timely, defensible decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reception, patrols, events, and security resources during shifts.
