Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates. We are building a scalable sales engine and seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across B2B segments.

You will manage a growth-oriented team, forecast performance, and close deals while optimizing the sales process. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, participate in key negotiations, and drive the lead-gen engine with leadership input from the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing B2B sales teams
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
• Coaching and mentorship to build a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately
• Directly participate in sales calls and closing deals
• Innovate and automate sales processes to drive growth
• Report on sales performance to leadership
