Job summary

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates, building a scalable, data-driven sales engine and a repeatable operating system to drive growth. As Sales Manager you will grow new bookings, expand existing revenue, and lead a hands-on team in closing deals and refining processes.

You will mentor a high-performing sales group, forecast performance, and report to leadership about wins and opportunities. The role blends strategic planning with execution across multi-B2B SaaS accounts in the US

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience using CRM systems to drive decisions.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate into action.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Develop a strong lead-gen engine with the Director of Sales.
• Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure and sales systems to further growth.
