Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing future leaders.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office and training tools.
• CRM experience beneficial.
• Willingness to learn the insurance industry and obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for sales reps and leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions.
