Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency optional per role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor budgeted sales goals, customer experience, and compliance across territories.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff; train on field processes and standards.
• Balance ~70% field work with ~30% office work; provide coaching and in-field observations.
• Maintain clear territory assignments and payroll/commission processes.
• Address employee relations issues and oversee training compliance.
• Assist with local budget and marketing input based on field performance.
