You will develop relationships, analyze market trends, and coordinate promotions in compliance with ABC regulations, including some after-hours activities.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to meet quotas, and a focus on expanding distribution and brand presence across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Display product knowledge and build relationships with top accounts.
• Survey market area to detect business trends and opportunities for new products or applications.
• Ensure execution of team quotas and orders.
• Provide leadership in staff development and decision-making.
• Coordinate promotions in line with state ABC laws and accommodate after-hours activities.
• Inspire district managers and reps to prioritize brands and market opportunities.
• Achieve volume goals and maintain distribution levels within area.
