Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is hiring District Managers to lead a sales team in the field, train reps, and execute company programs. This role requires directing sales initiatives, forecasting, and ensuring standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of management in the adult beverage industry, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license. Lifting up to 50–100 lbs is expected; nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in adult beverage industry or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and order processing systems; ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and direct sales reps to achieve sales goals and placement objectives.
• May conduct strategic sales negotiations with key accounts.
• Survey market area for trends and opportunities for new products.
• Assist in development of sales forecasts and plan activities.
• Control and manage sales performance and staffing.
• Organize team by territories and staffing positions.
• Provide leadership and motivate staff.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings for information sharing and training.
• Work nights and weekends on promotional activities.
