Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trades Specialist for the Boston, MA area. You’ll join a field-based sales team, targeting end-user customers and managing key accounts across the DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY and other brands.

The role focuses on developing end-user relationships, driving project-based sales, and mentoring local teams. You’ll engage with trade partners, engineers and procurement professionals to align purchasing with territory goals, while leveraging Salesforce to track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a proven track record.
• Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage key contracts.
• Mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool.
