Victaulic, a leading mechanical pipe joining solutions provider, seeks a Balancing Sales Specialist for the Boston, MA area. As part of the sales team, you will travel to job sites, engage with engineers and contractors, and drive revenue through value-based offerings.

The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive, customer-centric approach. The base salary range is 100,000 - 120,000 annually with sales incentives and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services is preferred (e.g., commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products).
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how it helps customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods.
• Develop lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners in your territory.
