Job summary

Mondelēz International in Chicago is seeking a Convenience Sales Rep to manage an estimated 300-store territory and ensure flawless execution of our KPIs. You will drive distribution, execute shelving principles, activate promotions and secondary displays, and deliver revenue growth while building strong relationships with store owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous grocery, retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly sales objectives through perfect store principles.
• Record weekly activity and customer intel in Salesforce; adjust route list as needed.
• Track KPIs and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and customers.
• Share market insights with the team to optimize sales approaches.
