Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products on designated routes, building strong customer relationships and ensuring product availability and proper merchandising at accounts. You will drive daily deliveries, maintain displays, and support sales growth across the assigned territory.

The role requires driving experience, ability to pass DOT physicals, and a CDL within 90 days of starting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts daily.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised/stocked according to company standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
