Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to represent our products through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers. You will drive growth by connecting communities with high-speed data and communication solutions, while earning a base salary plus incentives that can push total compensation beyond $100,000 annually.

Expect a field-based role with 90% outdoor work, minimal office time, and occasional evenings/weekends to maximize customer contact.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and tailor pitches.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories, including inclement weather.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights.
