Spectrum is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to connect residents with Spectrum's high-speed data and communication solutions. You will meet prospective customers face to face, tailor recommendations, and drive growth in your community.

This role requires travel within the territory, evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license. Expect a base salary plus lucrative incentives, with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor Spectrum solutions for each customer.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum offerings.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including orders.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights.
