Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformances and take action to prevent non-conformances related to products produced, processes, services provided or the Quality/Environmental Management System.
• Suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement processes and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at assigned accounts.
• Introduce new products to assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow business in assigned territory by sampling, quoting, problems solving, and making sales presentations.
• Gather competitive information from the field and communicate it back to Hanes’ management.
• Achieve sales budget at assigned accounts.
• Participate in the continuous quality process.
• Conform to all quality/safety requirements and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
