Job summary

ADP is seeking a driven Sales Representative for Small Business Services in the United States. You’ll cover a defined territory with 1-49 employee clients, signing new payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and other ADP solutions while upselling existing accounts.

Training is provided, and uncapped commissions and incentive trips are part of the package. You will grow the business through prospecting, set appointments, and leverage ADP’s sales technology to close deals.

Qualifications

• Ability to cold call and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn; in-house sales training provided.
• 1–2 years in related sales or internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach sales goals within your geography.
• Develop a sales strategy to build network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP solutions.
