Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required; relevant skills and drive matter more.
• One to two years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, or military experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve sales goals within your geographic territory.
• Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits solutions.
• Cultivate relationships, set appointments, and gather leads with partners.
• Act as trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
